Eastern Inc, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India (“RAFIEA”, “we” or “us”) handles messages sent to studio@houseofrafiea.com.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, role, area of interest and any project details you choose to include. The newsletter form asks for your email address. Submitting either form opens a draft in your email app; the website does not send the draft. Your information is sent to us only if you choose to press Send in that app.
We use enquiry emails to respond to your questions and discuss requested work. We use newsletter emails only to send the RAFIEA updates you requested. Enquiry emails are retained for up to 12 months after our last reply. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
To ask us to correct or delete an enquiry email, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, write to studio@houseofrafiea.com.
This site loads its display fonts from Google Fonts. Loading those fonts makes a browser request to Google; enquiry and newsletter form entries are not included in those requests.
